About GtC
GREEN TOKAI CO., LTD. (GTC), a subsidiary of Tokai Kogyo Co., Ltd. of Aichi, Japan, began operations in May of 1988 in Brookville, Ohio. To support company growth, GTC added a facility in Maysville, Kentucky in 1995. Subsequently in 2007 and 2016, two additional plants were added in Brookville, Ohio.
GTC, with its production and warehouse facilities, is a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier of customer-specified production and service parts, including plastic and rubber moldings, seals, and weather strips. Brookville’s Plant 1 is home to GTC’s corporate office and consists of 274,000 square feet. Plant 2 is a 125,000 square foot facility and Plant 3 consists of 95,000 square feet. The Maysville Plant is a 140,000 square foot facility.
GREEN TOKAI CO., LTD. is committed to consistently meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectations in product performance, service, and delivery through continuous improvement activities. Our quality management system and related quality goals and objectives incorporate customer requirements and are based on the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. The QMS of the three plants at the Brookville site is certified to ISO 9001:2015 with active progress toward obtaining certification to IATF 16949:2016. The QMS at the Maysville facility is certified to IATF 16949:2016 with the Brookville corporate office included as a Support Site for specific functions.
GTC also maintains a strong commitment to protecting the environment and integrating sustainability into all our daily operations. The primary driver for continuous improvement is a formal environmental management system built on the ISO 14001:2015 standard, to which all GTC plants are certified. We hold all associates accountable to the highest level of achievement in accordance with our EMS Policy.
