Purchasing philosophy
Purchasing is dedicated to provide the highest quality materials while maintaining cost competitiveness. This will be achieved by building a strong partnership with our suppliers while being sensitive to market and technology trends. While seeking to adapt to our suppliers' technology as well as GTC's internal technology, our goal is to improve GTC's competitiveness in order to be a world class supplier.
GREEN TOKAI CO., LTD. will not allow work to begin on new tooling or machinery without the issuance of a purchase order number (i.e. "verbal" is not acceptable). Any work that is started prior to the issuance of the purchase order number will be considered to be the supplier's responsibility and risk.
